The Maypole power inverter gives you this option by using power from your car battery to power other items such as portable televisions, DVD players, cameras, power tools, fridges, computers and game consoles. Giving up to 1000 watts of continuous power, simply plug it into your car's cigarette lighter socket and then plug in a traditional UK 230V AC plug to connect your device. It operates with a high performance cooling fan and has a low battery voltage alarm so you can keep an eye on your car battery. The inverter also provides automatic overload protection though you should ensure the power rating of your appliance is 1000 watts or less.
