The 177mm x 140mm, stainless steel plate can easily be fitted to the vehicle of your choice, using the two pre-cut fixing points on the base of the plate. The plate itself will then absorb any of the scratches and scrapes when hitching up and unhitching whatever you choose to tow. A product that is suitable for those needing to tow either a caravan or trailer when using a flange type towball.

The Maypole 230 Zinc Plated 2in. Drop Plate is designed to be used to drop the mounting point of a towball by 2”. This drop plate is simple to install and use and will enable you to securely and safely mount your trailer or caravan if it is needed. Please be aware that this plate is not to be used to raise the mounting point of your caravan or trailer under any circumstances as it has not been designed to do this.

If you were unlucky enough to become a target and were using the Trailer Cop hitch lock from Maypole, you could be confident that the thief is going to get a bit of a shock when they don’t get their way or your trailer. This anti-theft system fits inside the trailer or caravan coupling and is locked into position; the system is then expanded by Alen key to completely block the coupling; stopping the thief from hitching up. This hitch lock is designed to fit most standard 50mm couplings and is non-corrosive to avoid any damage to the coupling over time. Comes complete with usage instructions, two keys and Alen key.
