Learner drivers in the UK must display L Plates on both the front and rear of the vehicle at all times. This pair of self adhesive and tie-on L Plates from Summit allow learner drivers to quickly and securely apply L Plates to their vehicle; the tie-on option is perfect for if the car will also be used by a non-learner, as these are quickly and easily removed.
