Vignal Group is specialized in designing, manufacturing and marketing of lighting and safety products & systems for commercial & off-road vehicles. It is a result of the combination in 2014 of Vignal Systems and Vignal ABL. Both companies gained over time an international recognition in their respective fields thanks to innovative and high-quality products. In 2016, Vignal Group extends once again its product ranges with the acquisition of the company Vignal CEA SA based in Rancate, Switzerland, specialized in beacons and safety products for special vehicles especially in the agricultural field.

From the concept, right up to a product ready for assembly, Aspöck develops solutions concerning lighting for truck trailers, trailers, agricultural machines, automotive, motorcycles and caravans. Aspöck was founded in 1977 as a manufacturer of lighting systems for agricultural vehicles. In 1996, the first rear lamps for automobile trailers were presented. In 2007, the Austrian company took over their longstanding main supplier - Fabrilcar from Portugal, which was subsequently renamed Aspöck Portugal.
