After 40 years of fantastic service PCL will say good bye to the most robust reliable CO2 single clip on connector in their range. The new and improved Air Connector has been designed to enhance and bring the PCL connector range into the 21st century. Through extensive in-house and external testing, the new Air Connector has been proven to be as robust and reliable as ever. Alloy/steel wheels have got bigger with intricate designs making the valves more difficult to reach with the human hand. The new range now consists of standard straight as well as 90-degree connectors for those difficult to reach valves, with both hose tail fitting and female threaded versions available. Manufactured using the finest zinc alloy, aluminium and brass, the Air Connector boasts a vice like grip and easy operation with a simple but effective thumb push button which quickly releases the tyre valve, reducing non-value added time.

A straightforward and simple to use Digital Tyre Tread Depth Gauge measurement device with three different read settings. PCL's Digital Tyre Tread Depth Gauge is suitable for tyre tread depth or brake shoe and pad wear.

PCL has drawn on its depth of industry knowledge to produce the new DTI Tyre Inflator. Ideal for workshops in need of a professional tool that won’t break the bank. This highly accurate DTI Tyre Inflator is suitable for all kinds of tyre applications; its ability to inflate up to 170 psi, coupled with its robust construction makes it an ideal addition to the tyreshop tool box. Simple to use, it features a hand trigger inflate and thumb operated deflate button so that the user can achieve accurate tyre pressures with speed and ease. For low visibility areas the backlight can be used to further illuminate the LCD display, which incorporates a battery level indicator. The gauge itself features an auto power off function to preserve battery life, which is excellent – 1000 hours use with the backlight off and 40 hours use with it on. Measurements can be taken with different units of pressure - psi, bar and kpa – and the choice can be selected with the simple push of a button, with the last selection saved. Each gauge is individually serialised and supplied with a calibration certificate traceable to international standards. Each features a hose stop that stops in any position and is adjustable at the flick of a lever. All except the two bench top hose reels are slow retract, taking up to 9 seconds. Easy to maintain, cleaning brushes are now included as standard to avoid debris being taken back into the reel, which can cause the layering system to fail.
