Meanwhile the redesigned piston and seal arrangement means increased accuracy - cycle tests now give over 400,000 inflation cycles at 100% accuracy - over 50% more than previously! By increasing the size of the viewing window to give a 20% larger field of view, and altering the graphic print to give a clearer scale reading the new gauge is even more user friendly. PCL has built on its world-leading tyre inflation knowledge to create the new AIRFORCE® MK4 Truck Tyre Inflator On the face of it, the AIRFORCE® MK4 Truck Tyre Inflator looks exactly the same as the AIRFORCE® MK4 Tyre Inflator. The big difference is that the AIRFORCE® MK4 Truck Tyre Inflator is capable of inflating up to 174 psi (12 bar), a substantial hike from the already impressive 138 psi (9.6 bar). The AIRFORCE® MK4 Truck Tyre Inflator is a gauge which not only answers the market need for a higher pressure inflator but also provides one which can withstand harsh tyre shop environments. The new AIRFORCE® MK4 Truck Tyre Inflator is set to become the heavy duty solution for providing safe, cost-effective and trouble-free high pressure inflation with guaranteed accuracy. Specifically designed for use with compressed air in garages, workshops and industrial applications, PCL’s hose reel range comes in three sizes, with different hose lengths and diameters to suit user needs. Each features a hose stop that stops in any position and is adjustable at the flick of a lever. All except the two bench top hose reels are slow retract, taking up to 9 seconds. Easy to maintain, cleaning brushes are now included as standard to avoid debris being taken back into the reel, which can cause the layering system to fail.
