- Follow all health and safety guidance for air bags
- The tool is a 2.5 ohms resistor with two pin probes and when connected to the associated wiring effectively becomes a “dummy” airbag
- Connect in place of the air bag unit to allow the system to test for easy confirmation of component failure
- Assists in the diagnosis of a failed air bag unit, failed airbag clock spring, seat-belt pre-tensioners, etc.
