The Maypole Coupling Lock is capable of fitting most pressed steel standard 50mm couplings. It is suitable for unbraked trailers up to 1,400kg or 750kg for motorway use. The cable itself can easily attach the caravan or trailer to the towing vehicle with its hook and eye safety catch, and will be suitable for use with a wide range of caravans, trailers and vehicles. It is also a legal requirement to use a secondary coupling cable when towing an unbraked trailer.
