• As part of the timing chain replacement/valve timing adjustment, the timing chain must be pre-loaded to a specific torque setting before tightening the Vanos centre bolts. Remove the timing chain tensioner and install C4803 Timing Chain Tensioner Pre-load Tool in its place.

To solve this problem Maypole now supply a range of replacement gas cylinders suitable for use with most models of mini Mig welder; for welding with aluminium, mild or stainless steel. This Carbon Dioxide (CO2) cylinder from Maypole is suitable for welding with mild steel only. The gas comes in an easy to fit, disposable, pressurised canister, which should be disposed of with other ferrous metals. The gas cylinder also comes with full fitting and usage instructions.
